Food for thought:

Could Jeb issue a material witness warrant for Terri to investigate the recent allegations that have been made?

It seems in the last few days I've heard that Michael Schiavo MAY have been responsible for her being in her current condition. Based on those claims, I would think there is at LEAST probable cause to believe a crime has been committed ranging from assault to attempted murder. Also there is the "Insulin incident" which could be another count, and if Schiavo IS responsible for her being there, he's also guilty of insurance fraud (malpractice insurance paid his claim).

Couldn't Jeb as Chief Executive Officer of Florida arrest Terri and force her to be fed until such time that it is determined whether she can give testimony as to how she got there?

Just a thought....

What's REALLY going to suck is if, somehow, someway, today Jeb Bush managed to take her into custody of the social services, and she died while in state custody - then we'll hear everyone blame Bush, etc...

This thing is far from over, regardless of the outcome. Our nation will pay for this, either way, and it ain't gonna be pretty.
