They handcuffed the kids.The kids had water in their hands. Thousands die every year from water ingestion. People should have to have a license to carry water.

They handcuffed the kids.The kids had water in their hands. Yes I read that also. Handcuffing is standard for arrests. I thought I read the mother wasn't arrested. but now I can't find it. Do you know why the mother wasn't arrested?
