I'm sure you can translate them into zehr gut Deutch.Hitler wanted to "EXTERMINATE" the Jewish race period, because of a deep seated hate for the race in general.
"Euthanasia" was not known in the late 30's and 40's.
"Die Polizei" as you put it, was not involved in the process, it was the "GESTAPO" (GEheim STAats POlizei") loosely translated into "State Secret Service" which was responsible for the job, among others!
