it's not an uncommon sight to see children being used by liberals to "make a point" or to "teach a life lesson" and I've always criticized them for doing that with their children, and so I will remain consistent...

These children most likely aren't being "used" by their parents if they are pursuing what I think they are. We in the home-schooling community have a serious desire to raise our children to be the next generation of leaders. We refer to them as the "Joshua" generation. Right or wrong, that is the desire, and we try to do it with humble spirits.

You don't think the liberals that do it aren't also seeking to turn their children into the leaders of tomorrow? I'm sure they are...
