Michael Schiavo was awarded $300,000 for his own pain, suffering and loss of consortium. The rest of the settlement of like 2 million went to the long term care of his wife. The malpractice case was brought against failure by her doctor(s) for not diagnosing her with bulimia. If you stretch the truth that way or I should say if you accept the stretched truth that way why should I take any of your position on this as anything more than hysterics?

So where did the $2M go to then?
Why has Micheal Schiavo kept medical workers from doing recuperative therapy on Terri, that the was already paid for in the malpractice settlement?
Since when does Bulimia cause such a condition? Broken bones, chemical imbalance/stroke, bruises. Medical records sealed to independent medical reviewers. It doesn't add up. One wonders how this would be playing out had the police not botched the original investigation, which had been considered an attempted murder case.
