I went to massage school/took my Board Exam in FL and was a licensed FL MT for about 4 years (never worked there, but my state didn't have massage licensing back then and I wanted to keep qualified in a licensed state). Florida's DORL (can't recall if that is what they call it there) is TOUGH! In WI, you have to kill someone, steal drugs, or have sexual contact to lose a license, but Florida (& NY) has the toughest rules I have ever seen. Also, there are stirct penalties for falsely accusing someone.

Causes me to wonder just HOW messy is the situation in that particular Hospice sitting.

NOTE: Not insulting Hospices in general!

Makes me wonder how far up the hospital/city/county/....food chain the trouble goes...
