Not necessarily. Bush will apparently file to have custody given to the Adult Protective Services. The downside of that is that it will require a court to do it. Right now, given the current state of things, I doubt that will happen.
I don't think Bush can simply order Terri taken into custody, so there will have to be a hearing.
