Let's get real now! Greer has ZERO police under his jurisdiction. ZERO!

All this may be true, but if takes another court decision in the State of Florida, I am not optimistic about Terri's chances. They've already condemned her to die, so I'm not sure much will change.
The courts are as steeped in the culture of death as the rest of this once-great society. We've seen time and again they prefer death over life. I hope it changes, but I'm expecting the worst.

interesting.
Now it becomes interesting. Will judges back down in order to protect themselves from a black robe backlash?
DCF is not going to take Terri into custody without first changing the law.
Now comes the fun part, the MSM is going to get their underwear in a bind. Look for more push polling asking one question but reporting as if another was asked.
Now its time to call the FL legislators...

You're wrong about Jeb. He's a helluva governor. The problem with Florida isn't him--it is the culture of depravity he is trying to be a light unto.

Probably the "nurse" who claims Terri said "I want to live". That was the Schindlers' lawyer. She was prior to this unfamiliar with Terri and yet on Friday she met her and could understand what she was trying to say. She understands that parents could have been biased and imagining things like parents tend to do with their kids but... she, being an unrelated party STILL understood that Terri was trying to communicate and interact.

Even Christopher Shays, who voted against the bill in Congress, said that his reading of the law requires a de novo review, and that the judges are frankly ignoring the clear wishes of Congress.

If the force of government will not be used to stop the deliberate starvation of a disabled woman, then I deny it has any use -- or legitimacy -- whatsoever.Exactly

If that's true, then he's not going to grant the custody to that department. This is very confusing, and I wish I had heard the actual statement.
If Bush said that this wasn't in his control, that means it's in the control of a judge. If it's Greer, forget it.

"What is wrong with these judges? They seem bound and determined to not listen to the evidence in the case."
It is because the judiciary is filled with idiots. There are judges who actually know what being a judge means, but they are few and far between. Most are petty dictators drunk on the power of the black robes.
