Finally, the voice of reason. It took a while, but I finally saw it.
Frankly, it's becoming an embarrassment to see how cowed our citizens are.
Same with the Schiavo case. If that were my daughter, the court is not going to stop me.
What happened to our "inalienable" rights given to us by God, not by man or the government.
Of course, if we are too timid to collect those rights, we get exactly what we deserve.
Maybe there's more to the story. I would have to agree. What is wrong with people letting the government or anyone for that matter dictate what is going to be done to their children. No way Jose! It's ridiculous. My children belong to me!

That's exactly right. I feel an inalienable right and responsibility was given to me and my husband when we had our daughter. I take that very seriously and in situations like this, the only one I have to answer to is God. No freaking way the same article would have been if it were my daughter.
