Kidnapped to conceal another crime (statutory rape).
So now we have kidnap, criminal conspiracy, evidience tampering, possible fraud and forgery and misrepresentation of identity and I'm sure there is something about unlawful interferance in parental custody and corruption of a minor, and maybe even child sexual abuse as this woman was clearly facilitating the sexual exploitation of this child by her son.
I'd be filing criminal and civil complaints a foot deep.

The parents should have this person arrested for kidnapping and sue the school for letting someone other then the parents or Grandfather take the kid out of school.

A Sothern Illinois woman was arrested last week (March 17) after trying to intervene on behalf of her 14-year old daughter's effort to have an abortion. The girl was allegedly taken to an abortion clinic by the mother of the man allegedly to have impregnated the 14-year old. When are statutory rape charges going to be filed against this "man"? When are charges for destroying evidence going to be filed against the abortuary?
