The following is the letter I sent to Governor Bush.
Dear Governor Bush,
Horrified is the only word I can express in my deep shock over what is occurring in your state. My family (four individual families) have made the decision that we can no longer visit or vacation in your state if Terri dies because the Judicial System, Legislature and Law Force Agencies have not protected her, but fought diligently to kill her.
Three nurses and 33 doctors have signed affidavits that Terri is being misrepresented as being in a vegetative state. One nurse testified that she went to the police who refused to act on her charge that Terri's husband was trying to murder her with overdosing her with insulin. Because Terri is retarded, your state has turned your backs on her and classified her as not worth being afforded protection by the police, except to arrest people who are trying to save her life.
Florida represents death to our family. How could we ever go to your state again for recreation and amusement where it is the past home of this handicapped woman was afforded less compassion and worth than a stray dog? As her estranged husband scatters her cremated ashes in the land of Florida it will bring death to all who care about life. We will turn our backs on your state as your state turned your back on Terri.
Not only has your state turned your back on aiding the handicapped, your state has now created an open season on all handicapped people who can't speak or advocate for themselves. The future of this nation protecting the handicapped is now in jeopardy as the country now turns to target all severely handicapped persons with the same 'quality of life' as Terri.
You are governor. Go be with Terri while she dies. Look in her eyes and meditate that this is your state.
Actually, the popular MRS has said that he will dump poor Terri's ashes in PA, not FL.
Not only that, but many people (including my family) will send no more money down the GOP toilet.
