OHF, within this last hour I called Jeb Bush's office (850-488-4441) and was able to get right through.
The focus of my call was solely on the point of fraud on the court which HINO has committed. There are three elements of proof for this claim -- and fraud on a court can reverse a judgment. I cited the three to the lady who took my call:
1. HINO's inadvertent admission last Friday, 3/18/05 on the Larry King Live program
( http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0503/18/lkl.01.html ):
We didn't know what Terri wanted, but this is what we want...
2. Cindy Shook's testimony in which she cited that HINO told her multiple times that Terri and he had never discussed the subject and he didn't know what Terri's thoughts were.
3. The trial testimony of Terri's best HS girlfriend. They had a discussion after watching the Karen Quinlan movie. Her friend said Terri's opinion was totally pro-life and she recalled/quoted Terri saying "Where there's life, there's hope."
The lady staffer was very polite, seemed interested enough to record my name, and said she would pass the information on to Gov. Bush.
I urge all pro-Terri freepers to also call about this fact.
Since Gov. Bush till now has generally (dutifully) chosen to pursue actions through the courts, I also ask that Florida freepers passionately, emphatically, strenuously request that Gov. Bush (as executive guardian for Terri) issue an emergency petition to a court about this fraud on the court aspect.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE everyone, call and cite the above elements of HINO fraud on the court.
I am listening right now to my SF radio station's replay of Sean Hannity and he's cited the names of additional persons to whom HINO admitted that he didn't know what Terri's opinion is on the subject.
Do you really think this woman WILL pass the information on S???? You know and I know there has been fraud perpetrated on the Court, but does the Court seem to care? Not in my view. In fact, they don't seem to care about REALLY looking at the case afresh at all. So why will they even consider the fraud issue? I agree they should be right on top of it, but so far, IF they were serious, they would have FIRSTLY, ORDERED the re-institution of the feeding tube; and SECONDLY, started hearing arguments on this case from a FRESH perspective as they were legislated to do by the Federal Government.
