I was reading on another site that CNN said at 11:30 Terri's mother's priest willl be taking water to Terri. I wonder if the police will try to arrest him. Anyone else here this?

If it is the same priest who was on Fox this morning, he is no longer allowed in to see Terri. He was saying that for the parents to go in to see Terri, they have to go through 3 police searches - one, a strip search, and that if Terri's mother were to try to give Terri even an ice chip, she would be arrested.
This is not about the nurses, but does anyone have information regarding the Circuit Judge Wilson who had a dissenting opinion from the 11th Circuit? Will his dissention have any weight with the Supremes?
I predict Terri's priest when he attempts to bring a drop of water to Terri will be arrested not by the police but by Terri's own Catholic Bishop, Lynch, who thinks Michael Schiavo is a swell guy.
