Just curious why these nurses did not tesitfy at the originial trial? The Schindlers knew of these claims.

From the very beginning and all along the way Judge Greer threw out their affidavits as hearsay and did not admit their testimony or affidavits as evidence in their findings.

That's the problem with these appeals, they are based merely on findings from the original court (Judge Greer's) and did he violate any proceedings. These federal courts are not looking into the original issues and all the evidence that Judge Greer and Judge Baird suppressed.

Does anyone know if she is being given morphine or not? First, I read that she was, then I read that she wasn't. I know that morphine could kill her, but I can't stand the thought that she's in pain.

I do not believe these nurses. Why many many years after the fact are they coming forth with these allegations. It would seem they are seeking media attention, or simply they seek to keep Terri alive. (nothing wrong with that). Nonetheless, they can't be considered truths. If in fact they are telling the truth, they should be taken to court by the family for not coming forward earlier to put a stop to the actions.

They did come forward and were vilified and had trouble finding work. They did come forward even though they feared for their own safety and well being. They did come forward and Judge Greer decided to ignore their affidavits. They came forward when Terris's feeding tube was removed several times before but the MSM didn't pick up on it like they have this time.

I'm still wondering why Micheal waited 7 years to say Terri said she wanted to die if ever in this situation.

They all signed sworn affidavits two years ago. Apparently, the DA and/or judge didn't find their testimony sufficiently "compelling". Maybe we can convince them otherwise...

WOW! I'm really impressed with Michael's LOVE for his wife that he would go to such ends ( denying his wife a damp cloth ) to insure that her will to die be respected, EVEN IF it causes her TERRIBLE DISCOMFORT AND PAIN!!
What an unselfish man; to take time away from his "girlfriend" and BASTARD kids to keep people from giving Terri succor, since this might cause her to live longer. And he does all this knowing that people will call him a "wife-killer" ; but he regards this distruction of his reputation of NO consequence compared to "keeping his word" to his wife and respecting her wishes.
And all of this is NOT FOR MONEY$$$$$?????

Some of these women did come forward before and Judge "God" Greer chose to disregard them.

If it is the same priest who was on Fox this morning, he is no longer allowed in to see Terri. He was saying that for the parents to go in to see Terri, they have to go through 3 police searches - one, a strip search, and that if Terri's mother were to try to give Terri even an ice chip, she would be arrested.

Where is the proof of that, I have only seen proof of the opposite.

That is sooo cruel! If I was a cop being assigned to that room I would quit! I just couldn't stop someone trying to bring water to a person dying of thirst!

Go through the various threads on here. There is more than enough evidence of what I've stated. I don't have time to go back through all the threads

That's easy. He had finally won a lawsuit and wanted another woman. Then he conveniently "remembered" "OH yes and my wife didn't want to be kept alive" Supposedly they had a one sentence conversation concerning Karen Ann Quindlan and how she wouldn't want machines to keep her alive.

I said a lot of things when I was younger that I hope no one remembers today.

There is no evidence. Just heresay. I am not arguing against replacing the feeding tube, merely that these nurses are suspicious at best.
