i agree with you on the degree part. I didn't know librarians needed one to begin with. then again i didn't know you needed one to be a:(offense alert) Interior decorator or a Photographer either.

As for the scanning books into computers, i disagree. I like to hold them. I hate reading books off a computer.

Well, me too. I buy them from Amazon. But if one is doing a research paper, it is a hell of a lot easier if the books are on computer and you can search for what you are looking for. Then, if you really need the book you pay the library a few bucks to get it from the warehouse.
