I think Michael is a scumbucket but I'm not calling for his death. There's no living will, and Michael is an estranged spouse who has since fathered two children by another woman.

WHAT?? If your spouse is "enganged" by his own words with another woman for 8 years and has 2 kids WHILE MARRIED TO YOU, would you just say you're "estranged"?????
