I want her to be given back to her parents, and initially I didn't think there was anything wrong with Congress getting involved (I'm still not sure it was wrong), but it can't lead to a contravention of the separation of powers. That's too dangerous. But, none of that prevents our Leaders from taking to the podium, and beginning to steer this inevitable conversation about euthanasia in a well thought out direction.
I've begun to think, in direct oppostion to what I thought, that State intervention here could actually precipitate federalizing euthanasia in the mold of roe v wade.
One last thing, I hate the heat, but even if I didn't, Florida is defintely off the possible retirement list.
