I guess my only concern (a pretty big one) is the testimony by Michael and (Terri's?) sisters that claimed Terri told them she would never have liked to live like this. Obviously, Michael could reasonably be assumed to be a liar, but what about the sisters? This all aside from the fact that probably a majority of people (including I bet on FreeRepublic), if not a supermajority, would say that they would not want to live like Terri is now.

You have it wrong, Michael, HIS brother and HIS sis-in-law are the so called evidence as to Terri's alleged wishes. Terri's family said saying what Michael said she said is totally out of character for Terri and that her friend said that Terri once said "where there is life, there is hope" when they were watching the movie about Karen Quinlan...and was upset that they took her off life support.
