No, I have to assume he got the parties right. It was just the substance of the complaint that was well, in my opinion based on what I know, legal malpractice.

I've wondered all along if one the Schindlers' problems, going way back in this case, might not be the quality of the lawyering.

But I would think that at this point, with the case an international cause celebre, their counsel could access top federal litigation strategists, e.g., of Ted Olson's caliber, for pointers.

And DOJ surely has an interest in the Terri law being utilized to the best effect.
