I want all of you to know that David Demers, he is the 2nd District Court of Appeals at the State level (greers boss) could have removed him from this case a long time ago.
He was the one that initially stopped the removed of the tube Friday indefinately because greer could not be found for the marshalls to serve the federal warrant.
It was only THEN that the tube removal was stayed that greer came out of hiding to take the congressional subpeonas.
IF THIS DOESN'T SMELL LIKE SOMETHING BAD, I DON'T KNOW WHAT DOES.
I meant to say that Demers is the Chief Justice at the 2nd District court of appeals...he could have taken Greer off this case and should have when things got hot.
I wonder where HE is???????
