Not exactly. The way I read it, it's saying that because Terri is being given morphine for pain and other pain medications monthly (for her menses) that she is obviously aware of pain and is pained and therefore, is unlikely to be PVS, which bars any reason for legally removing her feeding tube in the first place. The morphine also will inhibit respiration, so it would even further the point that she is unnecessarily receiving it, putting her in further danger of succumbing.

As usual, your post is spot-on. Morphine, while it will dull any pain poor Terri feels, is not good news.

Anyone with two functional brain cells can understand the glaring conflict. If she is PVS, why the morphine? If Felos and SCUMBAG thinks she needs the morphine, then that proves they have lied through their teeth and she is being murdered.
