Hang on, if there is a conflict between family members, then the court would hear evidence and make the decision. (That means Greer gets to decide? That's what he's already done.) "You're not willing to accept multiple courts on this case. Not making the decision that YOU want."

this is on standing in the court for any family member to be heard, and for end of life wishes not to be carried out -- webster:

sen bennet -- I"m having a hard time w/this -- if there's a conflict, you want the courts to decide? webster: only if this is BROUGHT to the court. bennet -- ? webster -- court would have to decide if there is a conflict.

bennet -- how many courts for Ms. Schiavo? webster -- my desier is not to take on the court . what I've said is, our job is to SET POLICY. the level of evidence we're requiring is a higher level than what was used in this case. it is up to the court to determine if they have reached this threshhold, if there's a conflict in the family, in this rare rare situation.
