Best I can tell, the court found that Whittemore ruled incorrectly, his denial of the injunction was wrong, and the 11th circuit sent it back to him to reconsider, perhaps with instructions to GRANT the injunction. You can't tell from just the description, but this was all I could get to. Saw you posted this on the other thread.....hope what you think is right!
