Webster to Campbell: We had a chance to perfect it (the bill); they (the Senate) voted down an amendment to hold the bill on second reading and fix it there.
It will have to go to the House, have to come back to the Senate to fix. Could have had a chance to fix it last week and voted it down.
Webster is awesome...talking about how they will pass the budget bill to get it out quickly and fix it later, but these people won't do the same for this bill.
