Clear Channel Communications owns the billboards in PINELLAS COUNTY. You'll need to raise a lot but start a freeper committee and see what happens. Throughout the state, I don't know who the billboard companies are. Just my thoughts. FV

If you are shopping for locations for a billboard, 66th St. North across from Operation Par (66th St. turns into US 19 the further north you go.

That's on the way to Hospice from the St. Pete Clwtr airport. THAT WOULD BE A GOOD LOCATION FOR TERRI'S PHOTO WITH HER MOTHER AND A PROPER SLOGAN with www.terrisfight.org at the bottom.
