JUST GUESSING FOR NOW, is this what it means????????????: COA: Certiorari on Appeal? Granted in part/denied in part. Moot (no longer necessariy) in part. Motion for Injunction Denied without prejudice: I think that would be to have feeding tube reinserted: Denied. Without prejudice means it can be asked for again....but with a different reason/petition. Mandate issued immediately: Ordered to do (something) immediately.

What are you all talking about? I just got up and I am lost in the mire of posts!!! Help bring me up to speed.......

Not sure how that issue was resolved last night, but now today the latest motion has been denied, earlier this morning.

polly, that ruling was on something Moody ruled on (which I don't know what that was completely about)....at this point, in any event, it means nothing as to what is happening today with Terri and the ruling given by the panel....I'm sure by now you know the bad news.
