Everytime I walk away from the computer I think I can't bear to come back.

What kind of dog do you have?

I have a 6-year-old Black Lab and an 11-month-old Yellow Lab. The "little dog", all 90 pounds of him, is the one going to dog school. Took him to puppy school last summer, then basic obedience this winter. He is now repeating the basic obedience class because, like all Labs, he just wants to play.

I know how you feel about not wanting to come back after you've been away for a while. For the longest time, I couldn't bring myself to read FR threads on the topic or listen to/watch news stories about it because it is just too upsetting to me. In the past week, however, I have felt compelled to do all that I can and keep Terri in my thoughts and prayers as much as possible. I feel like I've gotten to know a lot of you from this thread. It's sad that it's taken such a tragedy to bring us all together like this, but there's always something good to come out of the bad things that happen to us, and I think that one of God's purposes for Terri is to bring our community together to work for change.
