Judgment of the district court is Vacated and Remanded with instructions; Application for COA Granted In Part & Denied As Moot In Part; Motion for Injunction Denied Without Prejudice; Mandate issued immediately. (EEC/FMH/CRW) I think that Whittemore's decision is reversed, and he may be ordered to grant the injunction...... not sure, though

COA: Certiorari on Appeal? Granted in part/denied in part. Moot (no longer necessariy) in part.

Motion for Injunction Denied without prejudice: I think that would be to have feeding tube reinserted: Denied. Without prejudice means it can be asked for again....but with a different reason/petition.

Mandate issued immediately: Ordered to do (something) immediately.
