No, that is no what he said, I watched the News Conference. He was asked if he had the power to take Terri into protective custody and he said it wasn't up to him, it was up to DCFS and the lady from DCFS went to the mike and read a state law statute that says that they do ahve the power to go in and take Terri into protective custody and that they have evidance that Terri is not PVS. I think Terri will be in Protective custody at some point today!
