I wonder if Jeb KNEW he was going to get the votes he needed, and that is why he's decided to act now.

415.101 Adult Protective Services Act; legislative intent.--
(1) Sections 415.101-415.113 may be cited as the "Adult Protective Services Act."
(2) The Legislature recognizes that there are many persons in this state who, because of age or disability, are in need of protective services. Such services should allow such an individual the same rights as other citizens and, at the same time, protect the individual from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. It is the intent of the Legislature to provide for the detection and correction of abuse, neglect, and exploitation through social services and criminal investigations and to establish a program of protective services for all disabled adults or elderly persons in need of them. It is intended that the mandatory reporting of such cases will cause the protective services of the state to be brought to bear in an effort to prevent further abuse, neglect, and exploitation of disabled adults or elderly persons. In taking this action, the Legislature intends to place the fewest possible restrictions on personal liberty and the exercise of constitutional rights, consistent with due process and protection from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Further, the Legislature intends to encourage the constructive involvement of families in the care and protection of disabled adults or elderly persons.

I am hopeful that Terri will be in DCF protective custody by tomorrow morning.
Judge Napolitano on Fox just told that he too is a murderer.
He called a neurologist[gee, only one] he knew, who said to check these kinds of patients, pinch a little bit above the heel. He said he looked for a reaction and then would know.
That means, if he got no reaction from pinching someone, he would okay their death and removal from tubes.
My Mom sleeps with her dog who kicks all the time. If I tried pinching her, and she's NOT even PVS, she'd sleep right through it because she's used to his toenails.

My mom said that they were saying that they have info that Michael spent all of Terri's money instead of spending it on her treatment, not sure what channel she saw this on...it was broadcast in Illinois so the word is getting out about DFC
Eventually, when Terri is safe, I'd like to see an auditor pay a visit to Michael, Felos and Greer.
Greer has already shown he will do what he wants to. He has an agenda. Can DCF do it without a court order? I'm just so scared she's gonna die before it all gets sorted out.
Reality based isn't neccesarily a bad thing. Pessimism is bad. Factual is good. ;)
Terri could die, if they don't act now.
If those idiots sit around and let Terri die, while they wait on the vote in the senate, they are nothing but nuts.
DCF should be on hand at the hospice to evalutate Terri and act to give her an IV of fluids.
I could care less about politics. Terri's life in danger. Who gives a rip about politics.. Not me.
