According to Hackworth the generals and admirals are a bunch of bums. He routinely refers to them as "Perfumed Princes" . . . I happen to agree with Hack on a lot of things, disagree on others. But who's painting with the broadest brush here, Hackworth or Miles? Does Hack call Stormin' Norman a perfumed prince? Tommy Franks?
