And you are saying the Schindlers did not have adequate legal representation? Now, whose fault is that? Certainly not anyone's fault but their own. Are they or are they not able to hire any attorney they wish? ahh, but the point is = TERRI was never allowed an attorney to represent her.

But the Schindlers were allowed to have an attorney to represent them, and Terri.
And Terri has had 4 guardian ad litems. All of them have said she is PVS.
