This is another area of disagreement. Congress is the one who set up all these courts and Congress is the one who allowed things to get out of control.

Allowing this judge to make a life and death decision was never what the Constitution intended or allowed.

I agree with you that Congress has let this get out of control. There is not a doubt in the world about that. It's been going on for years and years.

The Democrats couldn't get their legislation passed through Congress and the people's desires, so they turned to the radicalized members of the judicial branch to do it.

And Congress is reaping what they sow these days. Or is it sowing what you reap? I always get confused on that :-)
