There is no need to enter the bedroom - Michael Schiavo makes no attempt to hide his current common-law wife and the children he created with her from public view. They openly live together as man and wife (with their young kids).
The adultery is apparent and public with no need for any intrusion by the government.
Your reaction to this situation says much about you.

A step in the right direction. Now add a section permitting the parents to take custody of their child if their child is an adult and not capable of making their own decisions.
