Myself, I'd call it a conflict of interest large enough to dwarf Michael Moore, but that's just me.

How so? I'm guessing (and correct me if I'm wrong) that he became her guardian as part of the legal proceedings. What kind of conflict does this judge have?

Because Greer has consistently refused to entertain any evidence presented by the Schindlers.

He is clearly in someone's pocket, and it's not her family's.
