'Whatsover you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven and whatsoever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven' Matt 16;19 Therefore...in the name of Jesus Christ the Saviour, we bind you Michael Schiavo and the evil demons with you. We Bind you and loose the freedom of Christs blood over Terri. Prepare for the onslaught of the Lord to deliver his captives. REPENT for the Lord's anger has been released. Believe and receive to all who would 'Hear' this.
This is a very sad day for the United States. One more slippery slope. What kind of country do we now live in? First Abortion now Euthanasia.
Tell a Provo that Bobby Sands died peacefully in Maze Prison.
This is so sick I cannot believe it.
A "Painless" Death? (Terri Schiavo)(Distinction between disabled person vs. terminally ill)
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1368190/posts
Many who support Terri Schiavo's threatened dehydration assert that removing a feeding tube from a profoundly cognitively disabled person results in a painless and gentle ending. But is this really true? After all, it would be agonizing if you or I were locked in a room for two weeks and deprived of all food and water.
=======
So, why should we believe that cognitively disabled patients experience the deprivation differently simply because they receive nourishment through a feeding tube instead of by mouth?
An accurate discussion of this sensitive issue requires the making of proper and nuanced distinctions about the consequences of removing nourishment from incapacitated patients. This generally becomes an issue in one of the following two diametrically differing circumstances:
1. Depriving food and water from profoundly cognitively disabled persons like Terri who are not otherwise dying, a process that causes death by dehydration over a period of 10-14 days. As I will illustrate below, this may cause great suffering.
2. Not forcing food and water upon patients who have stopped eating and drinking as part of the natural dying process. This typically occurs, for example, at the end stages of cancer when patients often refuse nourishment because the disease has distorted their senses of hunger and thirst. In these situations, being deprived of unwanted food and water when the body is already shutting down does not cause a painful death.
Advocates who argue that it is appropriate to dehydrate cognitively disabled people often sow confusion about the suffering such patients may experience by inadvertently, or perhaps intentionally, blurring the difference between these two distinct situations.
If she can't swallow why doesn't she choke on her own saliva -
hmm... Begs the question: What IS she dying of?
It is not starvation, it is dehydration and it happens all the time when people are at the end of their lives.
Yeah. I can see that.
Looks like you are going to get your wish. Terri should be completely dehydrated and starved to death soon.
Congratulations.
I have the chills just thinking about it. Being alone when you're at death's door.
I couldn't treat an animal that way, much less a human being.
I'll bet she can swallow Jello.
"Terri will not be starved to death. Her nutrition and hydration will be taken away."
Please explain the difference.
She's dying at the hands of her so-called husband who wants to marry his concubine. Period.
I came into this a little late. What do you mean he (Michael Schiavo?) did this to his parents?
You expose yourself as the person you are.
Do you really have to go to such lengths to appease yourself? Is it your conscience or a knowing desire to propagandize?
Here's a comment I made on another thread:
To: All
Those who see no transcendent value to human life, who see only utilitarian reasons and values to existence, are quite rational. If life is only "worth living" for a person who has all his faculties, is still physically strong or attractive, can still enjoy sex, eating, shopping, working - is still productive, can read the newspaper or watch movies - than logically speaking, when a person can no longer do those things, life is not worth living.
But the truth is that there is indeed a higher purpose for the human life. It is to develop one's love and surrender to God, as in the story of the Prodigal Son. This spiritual journey can be traversed within the heart, even while lying on a sickbed, even while unable to speak. I know this because I have taken a step or two on this road, and a severe illness actually helped me along the path.
There is an inner life, which everyone can experience - even those with brain damage. Every human life is a valuable treasure, and no one has a right to deprive someone of this treasure.* Killing the disabled, sickly, or elderly is a natural next step after abortion.
The fact that so many don't see this is proof that there are none so blind as those who don't want to see. Also, there are worse terrors than illness and physical or even mental incapacity. Being cut off from God in one's heart is the worst terror there is.
*Unless that person has so misused their life that they need it taken away from them.

Aw Hildy, you must be in your glory now as history repeats itself on others. Your wish for Terri to die is coming true.
