Actually she did starve herself to death - she was a bulimic which caused her heart to fail. Secondly, no matter how much you have read you do not have the level of deatl the Florida State Court (remember State's Rights, Conservatives?) has which ruled she did indeed wish to be off a tube - you may not like the decision but it was not a decision made in a vacuum and it was reviewed all the way to the Supreme Court which refused to comment on the State Court decision (a confirmation of the decision).
