It depends on your definition of "talk". Terri was far from articulate and eloguent, but the testimony and other reporting I have seen stresses that she had at least 4 or 5 "words" she could say. They were not completely distinct, but were used consistently in the same situations. It's like talking to a 1-2 year old... It takes a little interpretation, but the consistency of the word formation is the key.
Then they should CLAIM she makes consistant sounds - not words.
