I was asked to examine Terri Schiavo per the request of
the Second District Court of Appeal. They requested that
current information about her present medical condition be
obtained. They also requested that an evaluation be
performed to ascertain treatment options.

Interestingly, I have seen this pattern of mixed
brain (cerebral) and spinal cord findings in a patient
once before, a patient who was asphyxiated.

Dr. Hammesfahr was nominated for the Nobel Prize in
Medicine and Physiology in 1999 for his work in brain
injury and stroke. He has successfully treated thousands
of patients using vasodilator therapy which increases
blood flow to the brain healing conditions previously
thought to be untreatable. He has been using this
technology for more than a decade with good results.

Terri's feeding tube is for the convenience of nurses; not because Terri needs it. Terri does not drool. Liquid is the hardest thing to swallow, and she swallows 1½ to 2 liters of saliva a day.

Terri is not in a persistent vegetative state or coma. She is a living, thinking person who makes choices and decisions. This is terrible. They are trying to kill her. While Dr. Hammesfahr was examining her, he observed Terri chose to ignore her husband Michael and the person taking the video.

I am sorely grieved, and can't forget about Terri for long. The horror just doesn't stop. What I consider especially vile is that all the "big guns" supposedly can do nothing. No one can do anything, they're all helpless in front of a couple of (deleted) judges.

It means that they don't WANT to do anything. When the so-called "rule of law" dictates that innocent people can be murdered, it's time to BREAK the "rule of law".

It's not like a 30 year enduring marriage. Shiavo has spent more years trying to legally have his "wife" die and that he could judge better than her own parents is incredulous. Michael Schiavo may he rot in hell. Hey and just one question, according to your statement, do you feel that all persons who suffer brain trauma need to die? They taking too much of your tax dollars?
