thanks! I'm so humbled by this case, I can't tell you how sick it makes me how government pursues by the book because of hearsay. That's what Michael Schiavo's only argument is - hearsay. And we're willing to let a woman starve over hearsay.

Exactly - and other people have said that Michael also said, "I don't know want she wanted".
Then .. he was awarded $2.5 million - AND SUDDENLY HE REMEMBERED WHAT HIS WIFE WANTED.

I've never been in a courtroom where heresay was permitted. This is a new one to me. I always assumed if there was no living will, then they sided with life. Boy was I wrong.
