You are quite wrong.

Hitler was always careful to treat the Right with kid gloves. He did NOT confiscate the wealth of the rich (unless they were Jews) or raise their taxes.

The army was not in the least purged of non-Nazis. He had to take the General Staff as he found it and put up with von Runstedts (whatever they thought of him). He would have loved to have been able to shoot all his royalist generals and replace them with Nazis but he was never in a position to do that. Hitler did not have the power Stalin did. He had to work with the existing conservative elites and treat them gently.

FWIW:

Hitler's brand of socialism did not include the outright nationalization of industry. Instead, industry was tightly woven into the government structure, but still allowed to be "capitalistic".

In that regard, your contention that Hitler was "nice" to the Right is correct. However, the "right" in this debate is very far to the left of what we, in the US, would consider "right".
