** This is basically what Gerald Treese (sp?) said this AM. He is a local law professor in Houston and has been in the media for years. He has always seemed to know his stuff.
From what he indicated it appears to me that what Whittemore did was somewhat expected and that the key is getting it to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta where they will likely say that the feeding tube be reinserted pending a decision.
Wish I could be that optimistic, but I'd bet the 11th boots it without reinserting the tube and it has to go to the USSC.
Do we know for certain that the case is being heard by this panel right now? I had heard "9am" but haven't heard anything on the tube or seen anything in print except for what I've read here.
