By passivity I refer to inaction outside of prayer. Calls, E-mails, posts, Legislative action, appeals for federal intervention etc.
And, yes, I did imply passivity, but it wasn't intended towards you but arguments in general I've heard. I have no idea what you have done in regard to this matter and should have clarified, but as you say, passions are running high and I'm not as calm as otherwise might be as her time is running out.
If I were the parents I would fight for the money too because I wouldn't want it in the hands of that HINO. That's blood money!
