All of this would appear to be unprovable in a court of law. The evidence of Michael Schiavo injecting insulin does not now exist in all probability. Furthermore, should Terri survive this ordeal or dies and receives an autopsy, it is unlikely that any evidence of damage sustained 15 years ago would prove that he caused the injuries that led to her brain damage. The only way he conceivably could be convicted would be if she ever recovered to the point that she could testify before the court.

There will be no autopsy. Schiavo requested of Greer and got immediate cremation. Yeah. That's illegal. WHY do you think Terri's supporters are so outraged? Stop listening to MSM spin and read some of the documents and affadavits.
