Michael, when the courts decide that Michael Schiavo has sole control over the well-being of Theresa Schindler Schiavo, even though he has entered into a permanent marital arrangement with another woman, I can only see Terri as his slave.

What Michael Schiavo has done is certainly immoral, but there is no present evidence that it is illegal.

You are correct, it is not illegal if you recognize bigamy.

Consider a hypothetical situation where a husband is preventing one of his wives from getting a abortion, say, or something else favored by the left, how would the courts would rule? I believe they would conveniently find that he had no legal standing.

This idea that she cannot have independent representation in court means that she is not considered to have independent human rights. She is being treated as property.
