Did I hear correctly on FNC that family has not been allowed to visit since Sunday; and that last rites have been refused by husband/court?

Did I hear correctly on FNC that family has not been allowed to visit since Sunday; and that last rites have been refused by husband/court?Terri's family visited her yesterday. She received last rites just prior to her feeding tube being removed this time.
