It would have been nice to get in on the ground floor of one of the dot coms, sell your stock when they had their IPO and get out before the crash.

I missed most of the boom as I was in law school from 1997-2000. I made it to New York just in time for the crash and 9/11.

I really should have bought a piece of the online porn company a couple of guys in the business school were starting up back then.

There's never any money to be made by what we should've or could've done-- only on what we did do and what we are doing.  There're plenty of opportunities out there right now, and given the investment tools made possible in the info age, there're more opportunities than ever before.
