Congress cannot let this ride, or every left wing Marxist activist judge in the nation will demand we bow and obey.
I certainly hope that's not what this means, because if it is, the leaders in Washington had better put their foot down once and for all. Enough activist judges already!
I wouldn't be so quick to come to that conclusion. Contempt of Congress is really a federal matter. I don't think Florida courts have jurisdiction to hear such a matter.
