For me, this is becoming more an uninvestigated crime than a "right to live/die" issue, right now.
That the tiniest possibility exists that this woman was nearly murdered -must- be investigated and she -must- be allowed the same "due process" any other victim has a right to.
The precedence for abuse is there.
The physical evidence is there, via broken bones and other unexplained injuries.
