Michael Schiavo is a jerk. He doesn't have
rights to Terri's body just because he married her!
HOW DARE he claim rights to her LIFE
when he has children with another woman??
GIVE the daughter back to her parents.
LET them decide what is best.
If Michael Schiavo chooses to kill Terri
he does it against the wishes of her parents.
His actions are the REAL EVIL here.
They are willing to try her. LET THEM.
Instead of Michael getting all hot, and daring
the President to meet with Terri, it is Michael
who should HONOR Terri's parents.
He really has no rights to Terri's life.

This is a very sad situation but Im VERY concerned with the govt. getting this deeply involved in mattesr that are traditionally left up to the family and doctors. This could really backfire on us down the road. I see that logical and critical thinking minds that are the norm on this site are now blinded by pure emotion .Willingness to believe anything at all without factual proof is not the norm on FR.I'm very torn myself ove rthis case but Im also willing to be logical .

Exactly. It's a shame there isn't an avenue for someone to sue for divorce in Terri's name, for emotional abandonment and adultery. If they're divroced, he's no longer the husband, and has no rights to make any decisions in her name. It may even affect any insurance he stands to gain when she dies.

Her HINO is the legal husband so it's all perfectly legit for him to make the death call. It's a family matter. As if family matters to her HINO. The only one that ever mattered in that family was Michael Schiavo, the royal HINO.

Nah, I think GW could do better than a roundhouse.
A flat out frontkick to MC's gut, followed by an uppercut/elbow to the face.
Or maybe a shin-rake with a round kick to the crown?
Personally, I'd like to twist his arms out of socket then sit him in a chair and jump onto his (sitting) knee caps.

Along with the Secret Service, he should bring Navy Chaplains and US Marines. The Chaplains will exorcise the demons around this unholy hell on earth, and the Marines will lay down covering fire (even though it probably wouldn't be needed).

Half the country feels that if it's not affecting them, it isn't really happening. I just had a chance to chat with another one of my daughters. My kids are the ones that would answer an opinion poll question "Terri who?" Well, one by one, I'm getting them informed.

Maybe legally, but if he was a decent person,
he would honor her parents wishes and let them
care for Terri.
His actions, in having another woman and children,
plus denying her parents, reveals he is true scum.
He must be a DemocRAT.

Heh, if thats all you got.... you ARE moderate!
I may be willing to up your level to "pro-lifer" if youd consider tying shredded cans to the same limo at the same time.

I like your style. And clearly you've been giving this some thought ;-)
I think all that fancy kickin is more of a Chuck Norris thing not a Texas cowboy. You slug em, bust a chair over their head, throw em thru the window and then shoot em. Thats the texas way ;-)

Come talk to me. Meet my wife.I like how he still calls her his wife - all the while shacking up with the hooch.

I find the convenient fictions worthy of the Lifetime Network. How do you people come up with this stuff? Accusing a husband of injuring his wife! Parents-in-law blaming their child-in-law for their child's condition? Never! The melodramatics are damaging as anything else involved in the case.
BTW, to medical geniuses calling for cat scans and MRIs for Mrs. Schiavo based upon the indoctrination, they ain't gonna work. It's sort of like, umm, having a Rabbi or Minister perform an exorcism.
Not that it's really going to make a difference, the PET scan would be the proper test to determine her PVS.

He could at least to be honest enough to refer to her as the woman he married, but started cheating on when she could no longer object!

It is possible that he lost his temper with Terri in 1990, Its, possible that... She choked on a hairball also. But that still would not explain the sorry state of her post bulimic blood chemistry. Terri shuffled off this mortal coil 15 years ago.

I truly feel your pain.
The parents whom I've looked up to as "wise people" all of my life have generally no idea what's ~really~ going on.
They're not too crazy about a 43 year old "kid" pointing out the lies of the "popular media".
Frankly, I find the "role reversal" a bit uncomfortable, myself.
I love them dearly and do my best to gently make them aware.
